UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Dispatch Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days using standard UK delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking
If tracking is available, we’ll email you once your order has been dispatched.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement and cover any return shipping costs.

Returns & Delivery Costs
For non-faulty returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Original delivery costs are refunded only for standard delivery, in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address
Please check your delivery details carefully. We can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
